Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PROJECTIS. Educated at UCL. Expert in the UK Parliament for blockchain and AI since 2018 and winner of the Parliament's blockchain use-case competition in 2019 for the company he represented. UK Parliament Report 'Blockchain Influencer 2021'. General editor of Blockchain Impact! cited in the US Congress during the hearing of June 7th, 2023. Christian gave the 2020 Blockchain Masterclass to all UK Police forces and recently updated the London Metropolitan Police and a London Legal 500 on AI legislation. He is also a scholar of international reputation with extensive experience with museum collections and institutional archives. He owns and manages two private family archives, extension of two National Archives. He is a member of the International Council on Archives (ICA), EURBICA - European Regional Branch. He is familiar with legacy archiving standards such as DACS (SAA), EADS, ISAAR (CPF), ISAD (G), etc...and metadata standards such as PREMIS and METS, ISO 639-2 or MARC. He is the inventor of the much faster PROJECTIS Archiving String System (PASS).

His clients have included public figures, artists, luxury brands, cryptocurrencies, and technology companies - ranging in size from start-ups to multinationals. Wil is also a member of the UK Parliament’s - All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Artificial Intelligence and his work has been shortlisted for the Citywealth Brand Management and Reputation Awards 2023, in the 'Corporate Thought Leadership - Crypto' category. He is a guest speaker at the University of Glasgow, on Intellectual Property Rights, and a media contributor including being interviewed on television, featuring in publications including Newsweek and The Times, appearing on several popular technology Podcasts and in an NFT YouTube documentary. While London is his current base, Will has also worked and lived in Hong Kong, Japan and the US.
